WOW pretty much describes my experience with Hope George and the sale of my home. We had so many difficulties along the way and Hope was there for every crazy circumstance. Even when an inspector flooded my upstairs bath and destroyed my dining room ceiling... within an hour Hope had fans delivered to my home to start the restoration process. For every difficult situation Hope was there with all of the resources I needed to prepare my home for sale - from carpenter bees to crawl space encapsulation. Hope is everything you can HOPE for in a realtor.

Hope recently helped us sell our house, and it was an all around "white glove" experience from start to finish. Her marketing game is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest. From creating videos, to high quality flyers, she made sure our home was as visible as possible. Sure enough, the home sold quickly, which isn't at all surprising given that she came just short of advertising the home in Times Square! On a more human note, Hope is attentive, personable, congenial, and very honest about every aspect of the process, be it good or slightly painful. Rest assured, we will 100% be using her for our future realty needs, and if you know what's good for you, you will too. 10/10 will be returning with my business to her expert arms.

I am pleased to write this review for Hope George Real Estate. After 38 years, my wife and I decided to sell our home in Woodlake. Having sold a house only once in our life a long time ago, we were flying blindly. The decision was to sell our house in seven months so we had plenty of time, we thought, to accomplish our goal. After speaking with a number of contacts, we interviewed three real estate companies. All of the agency’s presented their recommendations and were terrific. We chose Hope and her team. We never looked back or second guested that decision. There were a number of concrete examples to justify our choice, like contractor assistance, leading us through pricing, house staging, seller education (video and paper discussions). Hope always returned our calls, delivered information when requested, and was available to talk over issues. Beyond her sales management strengths, Hope’s character is equally commendable. She is kind, respectful, and grounded—someone who uplifts those around her and handles challenges with resilience and grace. We sold our house the first day, at the asking price.
